professional staffcomfortable sofa
The room service arrived quickly with my order. The staff was very professional. i found the premium family room to be quite spacious. it included a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a large work desk. the daily housekeeping kept everything super clean.
the elevator sometimes took a long time to arrive!

the staff at this hotel proved helpful. they gave assistance with directions.
the noise levels posed a significant issue (i could hear everything!). the soundproofing seems inadequate as i heard street noise and other guests. the immediate area around the hotel lacks appeal. i found it a bit unkempt, with certain streets feeling unsafe during the evening due to poor lighting and groups of men gathered there.

the staff were very polite. their attitude were so pleasant. they all are always energetic. breakfast was well done.
the room was a bit noisy. i could hear other guests in the hallway. i also heard noises from above, like furniture moving. the mini bar did not work and someone needed to check it.

the staff was very helpful especially jyoleet at reception she was also present at the restaurant during breakfast mohammad and ahmad were attentive waiters at breakfast i was granted a late check out until 4 pm rooms were cleaned daily with complimentary water tea bags and a kettle included.
the street area near the hotel is not very picturesque it felt a bit dilapidated at first.

the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of al ghubaiba bus station a nearby bus stop and sharaf metro station many south asian restaurants and shops surround the area making dining and shopping easy. this area offers easy access to various transportation options.
